New car, auto tranny whines. Is it normal?

Have 700 miles on car. Follow all break-in rules. I've noticed that when I accelerate, there is slight whine above 2500 RPM. It's not an engine because in neutral I revved engine and it's very quiet. Called dealer, they told me it's nothing to be concerned with.

What do you think?

Thanks.

Don't worry, it's just the supercharger.

I thought it's only me. Interestingly that GLE I tested didn't have this whine. I still have 59,300 miles left on powertrain warranty, so I'm not gonna worry.

Thanks for replies.
