Just installed PIAA's Platinum Series 9004

I'm not impressed but all i hope is that they last me a really long time just enough so i can save up for some HID's hehe. You guys think I should've bought the Xtreme White Series instead?

Yes! From the side or at an angle, the xtreme white is yellowish, compared to my xtreme white rewired corners. But dead on, it hurts my eyes, and is pure white with a hint of blue.

I'm still on my quest for the right H3's. I think I'm gonna sell my PIAA Plasma's.

That setup is PIAA Super White H3 Fogs 3800K and 15 dollar Sylvania Xtravisions all running at stock wattage.

How much did you pay for the PIAA Platinum bulbs?

I want to change my harness too! Has anybody on here done it?? Is it hard to do? Does it involve cutting, soldering, splicing wires etc? Who sells the wire harnesses?

Thanks,
J.

you should've gone to your local autozone or pepboys and picked up Sylvania Superstars. They are $20 each with a $10 rebate if you buy 2.

I heard only but good comments on these from other car club sites. They look white as well as light up the road great (the important thing)

so many other companies i never even heard of right after i bought my PIAA's haha. Should do more research next time. But after driving them on a couple of nights, they seem to please me so i'm happy for now. I'll look into Philip's, and/or Sylvania's next time. Thanks

i ran to pepboys tonight to get myself some xtravisions.. the whole rack was full of endless bulbs.. expcept where the xtravision 9004's belong. there was a one lonely xtravison sitting there by itself with no mate.. i was highly upset. i guess they are in big demand.
the man told me to calm down and stop that tomorrow the new shipment comes in.
