Just got my Porter Cable 7424 buffer and accessories

Thanks for the recommendation to Classic Motoring Accessories Tony.

I just recieved the buffer, foam pad kit and a bunch of other stuff.

The cars are going to start looking really good soon. Once I perfect my skills with it, I may give a couple of the Maxima homies a hookup.

Re: Just got my Porter Cable 7424 buffer and accessories

I just got mine last fall and have to say the thing is excellent. Didn't think the rear bumper could be shiny again but the buffer and some rubbing compound really did the trick.

I got the accessory kit from Classic Motoring as well but Home Depot has the Porter Cable for $119, cheaper than just about anywhere else. The accessory kit is rather expensive but probably worth it.

The buffer kit was $60 so there is a bit of a discount to get them all.

The new orange foam pad, why is it so great?

I got my 7424 PC buffer a few months ago. Use it on the slowest setting until you get used to it. Enjoy your new toy deezo!

They are very addictive, we have probably lost Deezo to the darkside(the detailing forum), be careful it can get very expensive.

That is very true. I've spent probably over $400 total on detailing supplies. It's a great investment in the long run though.

the beginning is always the worst, you should have a good base established, hopefully you will not have to spend to much more.
