Hey i have a 2002 maxima with out the bose system, do you think its possible just to buy the head unit of the bose system and be able to use the cd changer, or does it already come with that climate control .

 

I think you could probably speak to the dealer about that...but I would suggest not to even think about it. It would be overpriced AND there is an inherent problem with the stupid things cutting in and out on the left side. Go aftermarket if you want to switch to something better. Just my .02

i sug gest you you look through the audio forum and see how many people are getting rid of Bose

 

You would be ripping yourself off if you went with the Bose. Definitely don't even think about it and go aftermarket instead. So much is involved in going Bose - and an aftermarket system for the same price would blow the Bose out of the water.

 

This would be the stupidest thing you could do to your car. The headunits are damn near identical.
