I'm still having problem on my 92 GXE while turning right, but not left turn, although both left and right lower ball joints were replaced. So what else could be wrong? I mean I can hear something is striking something causing some bang noise while making a right turn, no noise while making left turn. The sound came from the left side near the tire or under the left side of hood...

sounds like it could be a bad strut bearing... or CV joint.. or control arm bushings... or a spring seated incorrectly.....



tear it apart and see if you can find the parts that are banging together and causing noise. if you can hear it, then there's enough impact that it should cause vivisble marks on the parts where it's happening.

yes, I will have to take the car to the repair shop for inspection, coz under that kind of cold weather I wouldn't do anything myself.

Park your car, turn the wheels to the right, then look at the outside rubber boot on the driver side CV joint. If it's torn, then it's likely that CV joint has accumulated too much road debrise and is slowly disinigrating.
I know because mine is in the shop getting both CV joints and a clutch at this very moment...

 

I'm not very mechanicaly inclined but I know my 92 GXE was doing the exact same thing, had the front lower arms bushings replaced and now it runs/sounds AWESOME! btw, I followed Matt's recommendation and used the bushing of the previous Gen's control arms because everywhere I went they said the same thing: "You can't replace the bushings alone, you have to replace the entire control arm!">...

There is also a bushing/connector between your control arm and the stabilizer bar. This will make banging noises as well.
