I used to have a 2 door grand am 5-spd SE, and it wasn't bad, but the Max would def stomp it! The newer ones aren't turbo, they are just ram air, but not really. You should take one easily.

Grand AM GT Turbo MadMax? They arent turbo. My friend has a 2k Grand Am GT that is a stock auto and he runs 15.9's in the quater mile. That is a bit slower then a stock auto max. Do a power brake launch and redline every gear and you got him.

I was on the road a little while back trying to get a new 2K Grand Am to race me. The car looks pretty mean. I wasn't sure if I would kill him or not.. Wasn't sure if the high model GT had a 170hp engine or a 200hp one. But I was figuring I would take him with my y-pipe and all. But we just paced each other and he never took the bait. I would inch ahead.. he would catch up.. I would slow down.. he would slow down. At the light he didn't take off.. I was hoping he would go on the highway and we could play there.. But no luck. I know he knew I was there. I wonder if he knew that I would beat him. We were going way too fast on a public road for him to not "wanna play". I think he just knew he wasn't going to win.. Hehe. When I first met up with him.. I wound out part of 1st gear.. he must have heard that something wasn't kosher.. Hehe.. I'm itching to roadkill one though..they look so mean! Hehe
