I want to get the Polk component speakers in the front and polks in the back , anybody know where i can get them, i will also be adding a 4 way amp for these speakers since my car did not come with BOSE, I want peircing high clear sound(with a bass of course), subs and another amp will come later before summer. Someone help me out anything other than polks they would suggest? For BEST possible sound? My speakers are so blown out... damn that rap and trance. Please inform me on where i can get lowest prices too.

I like my Eclipse components. They have a tweeter level adjustment **** too, so you can tune them to your tastes. I'm the opposite of you, I have them all the way down.

Well, there's Focal.

http://www.zalytron.com has the 6 1\2" 2 ways are $129 a pair. Good speakers. much better than Polk and DA. The company has them on closeout, that's why they're so cheap. Personally I have Dynaudio and it's better than everything else out there. But they're list is at $760 a pair.

HELP

i found really good deal for infiniti Kappa 6.5's for $170 instead of $350 the 2000 Model, do component speakers usually go in front, are u allowed to put them in rear? the model number is Model# 60.2cs, are these the good ones? quick need a response sale ends in 24 hours.

Boston Acoustic ProSeries components in the front, RallySeries 6 1/2's in the back, and 1 10" JL Audio W/0 in a sealed box, resulting in the "clean" sound for the enjoyment of you and your occupants. I actually have an extra pair of Boston RX67 6 1/2's and 1 Audio Control EQX I'd be willing to part with, both are in their respective boxes.

The kappas are different from the perfects. Perfects are top of the line of infiniti and kappas is like 3 steps down. I can get you those for the same price new in a box too. let me know and i can get it for you if the sale is over.

One note, the kappas are like green color i think, im not sure but i know that the perfects look way better. Mine ares silver.

I personally like Diamond Audio, they make two sets of components. Highend and Not so high end. I had the Hex in my car and think it was best sounding component ever. You can get there cheaper set like doug said for a good price, they kinda went down in quality with there motorsport brand since a couple years ago, but they still sound great.. its up to you.. Hex($$$) or motorsport($)

I have MB quart speakers all around and I love them. I got a great deal on them though.

As for the infinities, they are good speakers for the price. FYI: Crutchfield has the same pair for $200. So that price isn't that great. Infinity's top of the line are the Perfects, then the Kappas, and then reference series. I had 6x9 kappas in my previous car and they sounded great. So if that's what you want to spend then go for it.

Boston Acoustics, MB Quarts, JL Audio, Eclipse, Diamond Audio, Infinity Kappa.. they're all great speakers so you can't go wrong with any of them. I've used the MQ Quarts, the Kappas, and the Eclipses.. of the bunch, I prefer the MBQ and Eclipses. In the Miata I'm running 6.5" coaxial Eclipses, non amplified, and those things hit harder than my Kappa 6.5" that were running off an Alpine V12 50x4.

Infinity Gold

What do you know about Infinity Gold? Are they just market speakers which are put in cars because my mother's Jeep has an Infinity Gold sound system and all 6 speakers are blown (my father listens to music very, very loud).
