screwed up ecu and 0201? 0102?

ok i think i seriously screwed up the self diagnosis test thing...i tried doing it and i was just about to give up when i put the flathead back in there and nothing was there but a hole..i could stick the whole screwdriver in...i was like "oh Shiot" and i sit up about to put the cover in when i see the light blinking...and it looked like 2 blinks and then one blink kinda quick so im guessing it was Ignition Signal Circuit..but the real bad thing is..does any one know what i just did to the test thing???

there were 2 plugs when u took off the panel, look right under the front plug (closest to the firewall) there should be a white sticker that says caution. theres an arrow pointing to the place where u stick the flathead screwdriver. turn it all the way clockwise. wait 2 seconds and turn it back. 0102 is mass air flow sensor or circiut fault. 0201 is ignition signal primary circuit fault. i hope this helps.
