I had the same problem. They are installed incorrectly. You need match the wires up the exact same way they come out of the harness plug, Dont try to match up the colors. Black from the orig. wires goes to red from the new harness , thats your ground. the others change depending on wich side of the car your on. You should be able to figure it out by pluging them up and seeing wich ones come on. Email me if you need more help and i will go out and look at the plugs and can tell you exactly which wires go together by color.

UPDATE:
On the factory wiring, driver side has 3 wires, black, yellow, green.Hook the black wire to the red wire on the new harness. The yellow wire goes to the green wire on the harness.Green wire goes to the black wire on the harness.
On the passenger side the 3 factory wires are black, blue, and green. The black wire goes to the red wire on the new harness, the blue wire goes to the black wire on the harness and the green wire goes to green, on the harness.
Hope this helps.

yeah...i just went through that the other day. at first i thought it was gonna be just matching up wires, but you gotta make sure you look at the old ones where the wires were positioned and match up the same for the new harnesses. it's lame they didn't make the wires the same color but it's not that bad or hard to do or see. mine are now working perfectly, so best of luck fixing yours.

I have the same problem with mine, however i am confused. I have the 2 relays and the 2 grounds then the harness that plugs into the drivers side plug and then split from there to the 2 harnesses to the bulbs themselves. can someone walk me through this process?

Sounds like you have the apc harness, go to maximadriver.com theres a how to section that has a diagram of the install.

I wouldn't expect the swaw harness to help much, except the fact that the contacts are probably cleaner than your original. The plastic doesn't feel dense or solid and seems unable to withstand any additional heat.
Good luck w/the install.
