2K SE - 2K2 SE part compatability questions

I found a local 2K2 SE 6 speed that I am looking at buying. The problem is that it doesn't have all the options that my 2K does. Here are my questions.

1. How hard would it be to swap my 2K leather for his 2K2 cloth? Would I want to switch the entire seats or just the leather itself? Also, what about the backseat? What about the vinyl matched stuff inset in the doors?
2. I have heated seats. If I switched my seats entirely, how difficult would it be to hook up the heated seats on the 2K2?
3. Will the 2K auto climate control be a direct swap for the 2K2 regular climate control? Actually, I don't really like my climate control that much anyhow, so I might just keep it with the manual one.

I think I know most of the answers (except #2), but I want to see what you guys think.

Oh, and I also have passenger side power seats. How would I hook that up?
