Anyone figure out the Frankencar whistle?

Has anyone figured out the Frankencar whistling problem. What it is? or how to fix it?

it's just the sound of the intake. Place Racings, JWT's, Stillens all do it to a certain extent.

Its not a problem, thats just how this intake sounds. CAI also have this sound. I love it and dont want to make it go away. If you really dont like it, put your stock intake back on.
