Well its just that is a very quick time for an auto, just out of curiosity did he have anyhing done to it? The fasted stock auto here ran a 14.6 the 6spd had ran a 14.2 stock. obviously both are quick and with minor bolt ons have gotten into 13's.

That what I want to know, you'd think some1 would post a N/A run of 14.4 in an auto. 14.4 in a 6spd is no surpize but in an auto its a bit quick.

If only I were able to get a good launch without spinnin all through 1st gear, I'm pretty sure that number would be easy to hit. Thats why Blu got his 13... Slicks

no slicks needed next season if I keep the car. Only need to shed 1.5 tenths on street tires...headers, axel back, test pipe, and yet again full interior

I believe you Spec. I'm certain I can run quicker than my best time (14.7) if I ran on slicks.

Stupid 01 auto, the best ive been able to muster out of this thing was a 15.5 at like 89.99 Sooo close to 90 yet so far away
Oh well, im just gonna cruise this ride until I decide to get off my @ss and get the 03 6spd. Until then I wont be posting any impressive times but for now my down payment is growing larger and larger....either that or Im getting alot of mods the first month I own the car

Thats being real optimistic. I guess the tracks you run at are a lot better. I have a dandy of a time trying to hook up at California Speedway. Even if I had more power, I still need a good launch . Im might just switch my Nitto's for some Yokahamas... see if that helps...

Are you gonna be runnin the 1/4 with the 19's again? or are you gonna use the stock wheels this time around. Blah use some slicks, atleast that way you can say you ran 13's.

That's not a bad time for an auto(3.0).

An old member with an AE(lsd) auto with all possible bolt-ons PLUS the Fed manifold conversion, only mustered a 15.5. I think his best was a 15.4x once it cooled off. However, these were all at Firebird and that track seems to be slow compared to other members' tracks.

I have every simple bolt on except for the UDP and RT(it didnt do anything). The calispec has been eliminated, I just have a really wide pipe in the front now. A bit too wide, like 4" were the only precat was. I kinda went overkill when I gutted it. Steve (Y2kSEsteve) is runnin 15.1 last I remember.

Per Car and Driver, the 2003 model yield 14.7 in the quarter for the manual and 15.4 in the quarter for the auto.

No, it's just that 1 second is a big difference. Any thoughts on that? What do most people run at the track?
