I have an aged VG30D(E) on my max, Just wonder if it's possible to swap VG30DE of 300zx over without any problems?. Thank you in advance for your thoughs.

 

actually you have a VG30E no D in it and no a VG30DE will not fit without any problems.

I am not saying it couldnt fit because anything is possible with the right amount of money but your question was would it wit without any problems...and no it will not.

the D in VG30DE stands for DUAL overhead cams.

VG is the engine series (not 100% sure here)
30 is the displacement
E no idea..
T is turbo
TT is twin turbo

therefore, the engine to have is the VG30DET

It's a single turbo, dual overhead cam engine....badass engine.
