Many of our members have contacted me requesting that I define a "case" and that I estimate shipping charges. AMSOIL synthetic lubricants are available in a variety of packaging options including quarts, gallons, and in some cases, 2.5 gal containers. Individual units are also available. For the purpose of this thread, a case consists of 12 quarts. Concerning shipping, AMSOIL bases their shipping charges on the weight of the order...shipping on a case of oil typically costs $8.25...two cases would be $14.50. I have all products shipped directly to the customer from the nearest AMSOIL Product Center...this minimizes shipping, assures you of the freshest products, and expedites delivery. AMSOIL has 9 Product Centers throughout the country, so delivery is very fast. Product Centers are located in Portland OR, LasVegas NV, Wichita KS, Dallas TX, Superior WI, Chicago IL, LancasterPA, Richmond VA, and Orlando FL. In addition, there is a PC in Anchorage AK and in Edmonton and Toronto Canada. Customers close to a Product Center may elect to pick up their order and avoid the shipping charges. Since there are dealers in every state, AMSOIL does collect applicable sales tax bases on your local laws. I also pay shipping and sales tax for products shipped to me. Pls let me know if you have additional questions or if I can help... thx Ed

Amsoil Air Filter

I recently replace the oem air filter on my 2000 I30 with an Amsoil filter. I am amazed at the difference this filter made. With the Amsoil filter, my engine runs considerably smoother with better power. It is the smoothness that is remarkable, however. My car always ran well but cruising on the highway now is like floating on a cloud. After swapping out the filter for the Amsoil filter I drove from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia with a big smile on my face. Upon my return, I contacted Ed and ordered a filter for my wife's Durango. I am anxious to see if it makes an equally remarkable difference. This is the first Amsoil product that I have tried but it won't be the last. I have an oil leak somewhere that the dealership is trying to find. Once they repair it, I will try Amsoil oil.

If you are ordering Amsoil products, Ed is an EXCELLENT representative. He communicates very well with you the customer and with Amsoil. He did everything possible to make my transaction go well. The air filter I ordered was out of stock at my local distribution center and Ed was on the phone immediately making sure that is was shipped from another center. He know I was driving to Philly and wanted the filter before I left. Ed's service was AAA+.
