Was your Maxima produced before or after 6/98? That will determine which one to get. The manufacturing date of your car is located on the B pillar on the driver's side door when you open it. It is on a metal tag near your seatbelt.

The production date only matters when purchasing the rear o2 sensor on or near the cat. The front ones on the Y-pipe are the same for all 4th gens.
Just orderd a front left o2 sensor from them today.
