Where can I get my Y-pipe installed at?

I am looking for a shop in the Stamford/New York or Northern Pa area that will install my Y-pipe. Everywhere I take it, I get the run around that it is the wrong part or that the shop can not install the it because it is illegal to remove anything that effects the emissions. WTF.

How did everyone else find a place to get it installed? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

Find an ORG member that lives close and have them help you with it. The hardest part is getting those old bolts loose. Next mess is jacking with the O2 sensors, it would be great if you have FED and only need to deal with 2. With the right set of tools and someone who has done it before, 2 guys can knock it out in a couple of hours.
