how much freon and tranny fluid?

how much freon and tranny fluid?
I have a 90 maxima I Would like to know how many quarts of transmission fluid the auto takes and how many cans of freon(r12? r?) does it take?

you cant get cans of r12 anymore. Dont nkow about the 90 but my 93 is r134a. As far as the trans if its a manual about 5 quarts or gear oil. if its an auto then 2-3 of tranny fluid. just check the dipstick.
