How many people have had their transmission replaced under warranty? I'm convinced mine is bad, not just a bad design as I originally thought. Is there a TSB for this tranny yet, other than the clutch?

 

If you search, I believe that quite a few members have had their trannies replaced.

 

mine was replaced under warranty. The old one actually shifted nicer. The original one developed a whinning at a steady 55 in 4-5-6 gear. At light throttle is was very noticable. Took a Nissan tech for a ride and they called it in. Nissan said replace the whole thing. Whats yours doing?

 

My Clutch is experiencing a "dying squarrel" noise when sometimes I let the clutch out and it would make a Grinning noise. This happens most when I'm backing up on a hill. I'm going to take my car in with the TSB printout soon.
