Seat belt chips my tint!

Does anyone know how to soften the front seat belts
when unbuckled? I just bought a 03" and my driver
side belt hits my window when released, it hits so
hard I now have 3 chips in my tint! I've only had
my MAX for 2 months!

Just don't unbuckle and let it fly. Hold it so it doesn't hit

hold it while releasing it or slide the clip further down on the belt so it rests below the windowline when it is unfastened.

Even my kids have received dire warnings about letting the seatbelt go so it smacks against the window / trim. My 4-year-old is quite proud of how careful she is
