For those of you who have the UK corners and/or UK grille, can you please share where you found them? Is there a website where you can order them or something? Thanks for any help. ooo and I did search first

you can probably get a local dealership to order them but look to spend a good chunk of change

 

yeah really...what was it? about 150 a piece I think.

Just know someone from the uk and hope they can find a max or a junk yard.

I got my first pair from a junk yard (sorry I can not find the name or contact info for them...someone else is waiting on that from me)

Got my second pair from someone that was stationed over there and returned back to the states.

still have the second pair sitting in my laundry room...hmmm maybe I should start the bidding...lol JUST KIDDING please do not email me asking to buy my corners I am keeping them (just in case) besides someone is already in line in case I do sell.

 

 

They're readily available over here in good old new zealand!! All the maxima's that weren't imported used have those grill & corner lights! I haven't priced them out here though, spending my money on performance upgrades before appearance

Maybe if they're cheap enough and i can source enough of them, i could get a whole box full and send em over Bet there'd be enough interest, and that should cut shipping costs.. (Don't start placing orders yet, gotta get prices first)

 

are they the same corners? The corners I have seen on the NZ cars are not the same as the UK. The corners I have seen on the NZ cars are the ones that are clear in the frot part and dark in the little corner piece with a square on it.

Look at the UK corners the whole thing is tinted and there is no square on them.

Australian versions are the same as the NZ vehicle, so that's another source if you luck out elsewhere.

They are pretty damn purdy, them UK/Aus/NZ bits, aren't they? []

 

yup those are the NZ corners...only ones that look like ours are the UK ones

don't worry...there aren't an overabundance of UK 3rd gen maximas

 

Alright, thats what I like to hear. I love those corners, but dont want to see them on every maxima on here, ya know? Kinda like Subzero's

 

i got a connect in england and i've been asking about these corners ,but the person is having a hard time finding them with no 12 digit chasis number does any one know what that number is?

 

Well, when i'm looking for parts for mine, i just specify J30 maxima, and that takes care of it usually. unless its a part specific to the VE when i get strange looks from ppl, as most of them have never seen a max with a VE in it, let alone knew that they existed!! I've even had one guy tell me that i was dreaming, and they only came in a VG... until i showed him! Thats how rare VE's are in New Zealand! Manual 3rd gens of any description are even rarer!! prob less than 20 in nz...

nice but i did mine by openin' them up and painting them black and then puttin' the clear lens back on.

 

does anyone have the part # for the UK corners? let me know and i might be able to get them for cheap. i work at a garage and i buy everything at cost and i might be able to get a few. theyll be costly but better then someone that walks off the street in a nissan dealer and orders them. i think i can get them if i can get a part #. let me know and i will see what i can do. get back too me.
