Battery Disconnect = Crazy Shifing

I removed the batt in order to reposition the tray a few inches in order to run a CAI across and down into the area behind the bumper shroud.

After I hooked the battery back up and took the car for a drive, the transmission started shifting HARD in every gear, particularly 2nd to 3rd. Switching the shift mode from Performance to Auto to Comfort has no effect whatever.

Any ideas out there?

>>> What's a VB mod? Which fuse do you imagine it might be? Thanks for any help you can lend.
