Idler/Tensioner pulley...
I went up to my local mechanic the other day because my 97 GXE had been squeeling for like a month at startup. Well, he looked at it and said that it was the tensioner pulley. I had pretty much figured it was something to do with the belts. He said that the bearing had gone bad in it. I did a little research and found this: Tensioner Assembly
Is this the part that I need? How difficult is it to replace the pulley? I have searched, but all I found was a couple of posts about replacing belts and nothing about the actual pulley itself. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

That appears to be the whole assembly (with Pulley). I'm not sure if they sell the pulley separately (if they do it may save you a little). It's not hard to replace provided you are mechanically inclined. Just keep the order of the "disassembly" memorized so you can put it back together.
Remember to keep the center nut slightly loose when you adjust the tensioner "nut" from above. Be sure to tighten it back up afterwards or you'll be sorry.
