Does anyone have any concrete proof that they are a sure thing and will be out this spring....any release dates. I am getting ready to do my suspension and if these are a sure thing I'll wait for them...but I don't want to wait until September for them either.

I emailed KYB

Here's the reply

AGX adjustables will be available for this car Summer 2001. The part numbers
will appear in our upcoming 2001 catalog

If you are lowering the vehicle slighty, use Eibach ProKit springs. If not,
stick with Nissan springs.

Thanks voltman..

was there anything else they said about them? I guess I will be changing my mind from the H&Rs to the Eibachs now.

I want to redo my suspension this summer, and I was thinking about the KYB's. Koni would be great, but I'd rather not have to gut the strut and deal with the noise and such. KYB will hopefully prove more reliable than Tokico, but then you always have to think about the springs. I figured I'd go H&R since they offer the softest ride, but I would have though H&R would be preferred on the KYB rather than the Eibach. Eibach's get comments about being harsh sometimes, and I imagine this would also be harder on the strut. I guess we'll see what works well when the KYB's come out.

Even though Chuck recommends Eibach, I can not see why H&R springs would not be OK. They would be less work for the shocks. I will wait for these shocks for sure.
