Power steering belt troubles

I have replaced the power steering belt about 2 or 3 times and every time it will run alright and then the belt will start slipping off the pulley. I have went by the manual word for word and it still rubs against the alternator belt. Could there be something wrong with the pulleys or do I need a wheel alignment ?

No you dont need a wheel alignment. You need to closely inspect the pulley and brackets on your p/s pump and alternator. Make sure the p/s pump or alternator brackets are not broken which will cause either belts to be miss aligned and rubbing on the other.
