Like other org members; today I feel victim to the theft of my clear corners. Not only that, but they broke my window too. I guess they were going to steal my stereo but the alarm went off. Wouldnt be so bad having the corners stolen their easy to replace. But now I have to buy another window and get it tinted.
Im debating wether or not to bolt my next set in. Sorry guys, just needed to vent!

wow that sucks, damn the theives, we should rig up something -- if someone trys to pull one of the clear corners out it, while the car is locked, it snaps a wire and hte alarm goes off

Do as I do, get a pager alarm so it detects that next time and wakes your *** up and then quietly go to your car in the dark with a minibat and break their left kneecap call the cops and while their on the way bust his other one. he wont be able to drive that maxima for the rest of his life so I doubt hell steal from you again for a car. This method usually works as long as hes on your property.. but if your not i suggest you drag him on your property to avoid the courts.

I feel your pain, my car got violated a few weeks ago. The broke my window and tore up my dash. Luckily, they couldnt get any of my stereo equipment out. They did take my radar detector and digital camera though....

Wiring up the housings into your alarm is not too hard, depending on your alarm. I did it on a guy's car last year and it works just fine.

remember one of the Robocop movies where they had a commercial about an anti theft alarm system that fried the culprit?

I think the best thing to do is just wire your car alarm up to a power transformer (that you can store in the trunk of your car) and when your car is being stolen/violated a shot of 100,000 volts can fry their nuts!

(sorry, imagination took me)

Well. i just finished installing my new window. Picked it up from a local junk yard. 53.oo bucks. Not too bad. I had a pager alarm before my current clifford but it kept acting up. Wiring the housings to the alarm doesnt seem like a bad idea.

I got several things stolen off my car over the past few years. It p!sses me off and it feels like my hard earn cash went out the window. I say, F-ck the bat, F-ck the electrical shocking device, I would love to see one of these mother F-cker get shot with a shot gun and kill that F-cker in slow death then pull that F-cker to your property and punch that F-cker a few time on the face to make yourself feel better. If you don’t want to dirty your hands, you can leave the F-cker there and let the F-cker bleed to death so there will be no verbal defend from the F-cker and then call the cops.

DO NOT BLOT THEM IN!!!!!
I am not too sure about where on here i read the thread, but someone bolted theirs on, and when thieves attempted to steal them, they couldnt and got ****ed and made one huge key scratch from drivers bumper, back around the car and to the passengers side. If you dont let them steal them, they will be more mad and probably break most of ur windows.

That's was Chris' (CKNY) Max. I bought the car from him a few weeks back, and they did a good job painting it, I know that much. The clears are now hanging loose... they can have them - $30 clears or a $3000 paint job...
