so guys what about the HID law??? any info from a good source?

 

I have explained this several times, so I guess I might say it again. It doesn't matter if you purchase them before or after August 15. The August 15 date is for people that sell them. It doesn't affect people that have them in anyway. HIDs are illegal period.

So let me get this straight, if I was to but HID's today, I wouldn't be able to get them at all from nobody or just from private sellers? I am just curious whith this new law although I got 2 sets myself so I am straight.

depends on who wants to risk the 5000 dollar fine. It effects sellers, not buyers. As maximaGLE1 has previously stated, HIDS are illegal due to the scattered beam pattern and glare (which blinds the hell out of others).
