Intake slows me down?

I was driving today with 2 friends, it was around 65 degrees and the car just wouldnt pull. Car felt slugish and slow and I really had to beat down the car to get some speed going.

You guys think the Berk intake that I have just slows me down?

The winter here in Boston is gonna show up really soon and i am not sure weather to leave the WAI for the cold weather. Is WAI in cold weather(30-50 degrees) better than stock?

Cold Air in winter is the best thing for the HAI or CAI.... You're car will feel like it's boosted
