My experience with Southwest Autoworks
Last week I ordered a Greddy SP system for my 97 Max, which Steve mentioned was the last one left. I was more interested in the SP vs. the SP2.....which isn't supposed to be released for a few months.
Now yesterday I called to get a tracking #, so I could find out when it would arrive and find out if they would require a sig, as I am never home during the day. Well I called and got some bad news, Steve informed me that Greddy had already sold the last SP system and they were not making any more.
and now the happy ending, Steve apolgized for the mistake and offered to ship me a Stillen cat back the next day for no additional charge. All said and done i'm happy, even though I won't get to install the catback along with my y-pipe this weekend as planned.

Thank you again for your understanding and patience. It's always a pain when manufacturers stop producing a product that is in demand. I'm glad we could make up for it though. We look forward to doing business with you again.
