I am a newbie here and I Need some advice! I own a 2001 Maxima SE 20th Ann. edition and I love it to death. I need some sound and horsepower instantly, and I know a CAI is that cheapest and quickest way. Does anybody have the Cattman CAI installed? OR how about the JWT or Stillen CAI? I am torn between a JWT, STillen or Cattman CAI? I have even seen the Injen ones! I NEED HELP!

first off the JWT and Stillen are WAI's not CAI's...Injen and Place Racing are CAIs..you need to use the "search" function because this topic has been discussed many many times...it should help you to answer your questions a lot!

 

really cheap would be a ghetto airbox... sound is pretty nice... i added a 3 inch pvc pipe to the hole (the one with the elbow piece that connects it to the resonator) that points downward with a 90 degree elbow joint. My cousins said it sounds deep and pretty decent for something that cost me only $3 to make.
