Anybody need/want 6.5" speaker mounts?

I've had alot of free time lately and have decided to make a few more sets. I changed my e-mail address so if you've tried to contact me anytime recently and didnt get a reply that's probably why. If you're interested PM or e-mail me

If you have a pic of what they look like (For the front foor to replace the 4x6 I assume) and a price I'll see if I want one or not, thanks

Check the last page of my website, I bought a set from James and they are VERY nice. They screw right in to the stock location no problem.

I finished all of my install and the speakers sound great. I recommend James' work.

I've seen James speaker pods, they are A++. I would buy them if I didnt already make some for my old 3rd gen. Again, if you want to replace/upgrade your stock front speakers, get these, they will make your job soo much easier and sooo much faster.

I want a set but I need to find some new door panels. I have components in now that I am going to sell so that I can put the 6.5 in but then I will have tweeter holes in my door. So as soon as I find some black panels with the tan tweed inserts I will definitely purchase a pair. If you put these 2 on ebay then I will just email you when I find some panels since I know you can make more. Thanks.

Why not just leave the tweeter there?

i found this one on ebay last night:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1

but it might need some building up or the speaker magnet might touch the other end of the door

btw, what kind of speaker you have in there? size? brand?

and does it sound really nice

Those work as screw holes line up that's about it. You'll need spacer's otherwise the magnet will hit the window or at least mine did with rainbow 6.5's. Also on that ebay auction set maybe I got a bad set sent but their wasn't a hole for where a plastic piece sticks out.

i'll most likely have to take ther risk and buy them but i'll wait a few more days to see if anything pops up on here. If i do buy them and the magnet sticks out i'll have to use some kind of board to build it out.

Have you PMed James? He does check the board some times but not as much as usual. PM him and ask him if he will make them for you.
