Other Body Kit Questions

I have seen a 1990-1993 Accord body kit on a 3rd gen Maxima is this even possible. THe person said that the body shop did a "force Fit". What da hell is dat? Can an Accord kit even fit a maxima?

That would be interesting. but would probably only work on some body kits not all.

i would assume force fit means molding the kit to the body

I can't believe someone would even try to put body parts on a Maxima that belong on a ricer . If you want your car to look nice stick with the parts that are suppose to be on there. Nothing looks worst than a car with parts from here and there.

What's wrong with being creative? lots of guys here have headlights from BMW's, I have sideskirts from a 2003 accord which aren't even half an inch short of being a perfect fit. (not on yet) Just because a part isn't made to fit a car doesn't mean it won't fit or won't look good. Stock Maximas look great. But there's nothing wrong with customizing your car, who wants their car to look like everyone else's?!

first of all its very tacky looking. I hate those big ugly body kits.

secondly its all photoshopped. If you study his pics you can pick them out pretty well. He did take some of his more obvious pics off though.

Alright now that everyone feels like they have said their part about my previous post (like I really care). What I was trying to say is why would you put a accord kit on a Maxima. If you wanna be different get something custom, don't try to jam something on your car that makes it look bad because it leaves gaps. Your talking about being different, how can you be different if you have the same kit that 10,000 other ricer honda drivers have. Wait, I know your answer "Because its on a Maxima not a Honda". I' ll be happy with my Stillen kit atleast it looks proper with perfect fittings.
Just for your info I myself have BMW headlights which were custom fitted and Z3 fender inserts which were molded into the stock fender. So don't come at me with that no imagination BS!

Great, now that we've got all that pent up frustration out, do you have pics of the z3 fender inserts?
