Need help with LED KeyRing Mod

I spent the day changing out some bulbs to LEDs (security, Key ring and gauge cluster, etc.) It looks great..will posts pics soon

Anyway, My key ring will not turn off!!!

I soldered a wire to the (-) lead of the LED and grounded it to a bolt behind the fuse box. I soldered the 330 Ohm resistor to the (+) Lead. Did I do something wrong? How did you guys do this mod? Any help would be great!!!!

Use a size 74 LED bulb, problem solved...

Sweet, thanks again Tony! Do you know where else in the car we can use size 74 bulbs?

That's pretty much it. You might be able to use them behind the gauges, if you spread the leads out a little to fit the socket, but they wont throw enough light so dont bother.

is the key-ring & auto shifter a 194 bulb?
