TSB's - Covered by Nissan?

TSB's - Covered by Nissan?
I called Nissan USA today and someone in Customer Service said that although my 2k SE is out of warranty that dealers would cover TSB's on this car. I called a Nissan dealer shortly thereafter and they told me it was at my expense. Little conflict here. Anyone have any info on this? Dealer said recalls would be covered and only know of the airbag and rear wheel still being under a "recall".

I would call Nissan Consumer Affairs and tell them which dealer you are dealing with, and specifically what the dealer told you. NCA is the boss in that situation, I believe.
