MAXX tuning...what gives?

Ok, like 3 months ago i got in on the group deal for the 5th gen maxspeed springs.

at first maxxspeed was actively involved in the thread. people where ordering up their springs and so on. as time passed he said he was getting married and would be sending the springs out before he left for his wedding. well that has been about a month and i have called several times and can never get a hold of this TJ guy. someone there always takes my name and number and i never get called back. finally i caught TJ on the phone about two weeks ago and he said if he doesnt get the springs by the end of that week he would be crediting our cards back. well that was nearly 3 weeks ago. i call today in the morning and the same story...call back later TJ isnt here. so i call back later ask for TJ he asks who i am. and a few moments later he asks to take a message...."TJ is busy at the moment" so i give my name and number AGAIN and wait like 3 hours. i call back and get a damn answering machine. Are these guys legit? i ordered these springs over 3 months ago and havent gotten anything!

TJ can you email me if you read this. i either want my springs or my money back.

did i get hornswaggled? has anyone else had similar experience with these guys?
the lack of proffesionalism is incredible, id be fired in 2 seconds if i treated my customers this way.

If your talking about maximumtunning that is based in NY run by jeff, then dont worry they are legit. it takes them awhile to get back to you since they run a garage and they dont have a dedicated person to answer the phone. they were a great help with my vb i bought from them.

ask for jeff as i believe he runs the place,
good luck

I bought Teins from them a while back in a GD and didn't have any problem..they shipped fast w/tracking no. and everything. They're legit from what I can tell, good luck with your issue though..keep calling!
