I ordered mines (chrome mid-pipe Apex-I filter) on 8/12/03. I talked to Scott yesterday and he is still waiting on the MAF adapters to come in. Its the only thing preventing him from shipping my intake. He said they where shipped to him on the 12th via 2 day air. The only thing I find odd is that everytime I talk to him he is not sure if they have received them yet or not. Maybe Scott isn't in the office that much and handles things from the road. Leave him a message he will usually return your call withing 48 hrs.

Yeah, they never did respond to any of the emails I sent. Try calling them. I'm sure you will get better results as I did. Scott will call you back. What kind did you order? I can't wait to get mine because my resonator broke and I can't keep my car running without the MAF and the other sensor hooked on.

Just got off the phone with Scott (Frankencar). He shipped my intake yesterday via 2day air. Give him a call. I'm sure yours should be on its way was well.

I've been waiting on my midpipe since 8/8. No replies to e-mails. I hope it's worth the wait.

I just got a call back from Frankencar a few minutes ago, after leaving some displeased emails and phone messages, and it seems i got the same story as everyone else.

My intake was shipped already via 2nd day air. The funny part is I dont think the intake is going to be flown on a plane when I am only a 2 hour drive away from their office.

Sounds fishy.......... We'll see what happens.....

Has anyone ever had their email responded to by the Frankencar guys? Why do they even give out email addresses...they obviously NEVER respond to email...including mine.

Add me to the countless list of customers who are ignored by Frankencar

BTW, they don't return phone calls either (not mine anyway)

and the "$5 in the box" is a complete BS.im not after my $5, im after the respect that all the customers deserved after keeping their busines operational.they would at least post again and explain their side.

frankencar service is crap becaause there is no service makes me not want to buy from them, if there was someone out there who can make products like frankencar and offer better service they could make a killing and run frankencar out of business

While FrankenCar's products are of good quality, their customer service is horrific at best. I've read other posting problems with customer service, but my experiences with them was good until recently. I know they are young and I know they have full time jobs. My support bracket recently broke. I've emailed every address listed on their site, I've called every number on their site and left messages. All I wanted was a new bracket. I have yet to get a reply. What is so hard about responding to customers?
