399 is cheap... considering the fact that ppl were paying upwards of 6xx like two years ago for the same thing. and this comes with covers and all the hardware.

"Additional parts will be required and are not provided by Courtesy Nissan."

What additional parts?.....gauging interest over here...

Actually, I think I saw some ads that have the MEVI for over 600 right now.

Yea, this seems to be a turn off...they tell you that you need extra parts but don't tell you what parts or even where to get them. The last thing I want to happen is to spend 400, have my intake manifold off, try to put that on and find out I'm missing a gasket or a hose or something that nissan dealers in the US don't sell

Visit one of the many MEVI threads on maxima.org for a complete parts list - it appears in several places.

It's already been discussed what parts are missing from the courtesy MEVI. It was mentioned months ago when they first started selling them.

Read teh FAQs... there are a BUNCH of threads on there about the MEVI. 399$ is a good price, but then you gotta get the switch, vacuum canistor, a lot of tubing, and Ts, and electrical wires... but... the MEVI is worth it... even without the ECU

LMAO!!! that would suck so badly. After getting all the extra parts, it will come out to be the same price. Harlan switches are around 100 bucks plus the other stuff will put u up there as well. not a deal at all IMO.
