Does 30K Service have be done by dealer?

Just wondering.....I've never brought my car to dealership for servicing- but
I just hit 30k- And I'm due for an oil change and I can get throtle body and fuel injector /tranny fluid service through my mecanic conveniently on the spot-

MY Questions are:
Can Nissan void any warranty on my vehicle for not getting any scheduled service through them?

What exactly is done by Nissan @ 30K servicing?

I'm a very busy person, need the car everyday/all day- to drop the car off for a day+ would take special planning- The MAX (knock on wood) is driving very healthy & strong 220.2 whp/231.7 wtq- but if I can avoid the stealership I'll continue to do so.....

Nissan can not void your warranty just because you get the work done elsewhere unless they provide the service for free. Of coarse they do not, so take your car to whomever you trust.
Check your owners manual for a list of 30k service items.

at 30k, nissan really isnt going to do much. they will do a tranny service if you auto but in most all cases, its just a drain and refill. also oil change and possibly a fuel system cleanout. some brochures advertise changing plugs and fuel filter, neither of which will be done b/c they are considered 100k items. of course, you shouldnt wait that long. more like 45k-60k for the plugs and as needed on fuel filter, im doing mine around 45k.
i would just have your mechanic do the work and just keep all the work orders on it. like mentioned already, they cant void your warranty for them not doing the work but if it came up, then they would want documented proof of certain work being done.
