I paid Sal for a used stock cat back exhaust system on 10/23. As of 12/28 It has not been shipped. He has on several ocasions promissed me that he would ship out and provide a tracking number the next day after I called him, this did not happen. As of today I have asked him to refund my money.

I got my front bumper from Sal after a while. Takes long time, but good quality and paint!
Also got a partial refund $20 for waiting so long.

I just got back from selling my 95 SE to Sal. The process went perfectly from start to finish. Sal is honest and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate for a second to do business with him again.

 

In the middle of a deal...not looking good right now. Sent him MO for B&M shifter, after it was already sold and he said he would paypal me the refund, MO sent over a week ago, still no word.

 

The deal is now finalized, I got my money back and everything is good now. Sal is a good guy and did everything he could to get my money back.

 

I bought about $350 worth of stuff through paypal from Sal. He said he would ship it out no later than that Friday, this was a Tuesday. I was pumped about getting all that stuff. Well, the middle of the next week, and I still didn't see any of my stuff. It should have gotten here by then. I had his phone number and finally just called him up and asked if he had shipped the stuff out like he was supposed to. He had not. That is not the bad part though.

He had decided by then to keep all the stuff and put on another 4th gen max that he was getting, I am assuming the 95 SE posted above. Well, this is fine, but he kept my stuff too. He decided to keep all of his stuff after he was supposed to have already sent out the stuff to me that I had already paid him on. I was not pleased that he had let all that time go by that the stuff was supposed to be on its way, and he just didn't ship on time. Then, to top it off being late, he just re-nigged on the deal. Not Cool, because I lost a couple of other deals on stuff, because I was counting on getting his stuff that I had already paid for.

I think the worst part is that he had not even contacted me to tell me that he was not going to send the stuff to me. I had to call him after never seeing the stuff arrive for a long time.

I would NOT NOT NOT NOT recommend doing business with him!

I bought from Sal several times with no bad experiences. Smooth transactions and everything. I am surprised to hear how some other transactions have taking place.

 

I purchased some door handles from him on 08/02/04 and never recieved them
I waited for about a week and nothing. I tried emailing him over and over, nothing.
Then on 8/16/04 he responds
So I wait, nothing. I try contacting him again nothing.
Then on 08-26-2004, 08:52 PM
I get this
I never got them. I called him last week, and finally spoke to him.
He told me they had been shipped and I should have gotten them I asked for a tracking number and he told he would give it to me on Tues. being that Mon was a holiday.
Well, nothing. Now he doesnt even answer his phone.
Ive left messages and sent emails no response.
So im still WAITING, looks like I got screwed out of 85 bucks.

I would like to publicly announce that maximumpower96 has issued me a refund for the purchase I made.
It took a while, but being a true business man he came through and issued my refund.
My payment was made on 08/02/04 and my refund was issued on 02/19/05.
