I read a thread that someone mention getting a remote starter. With the cold weather, I thought about getting one for my Max. I saw one of these remote starter on ebay.

Anyone heard of this brand? Mannix. It has all the features that I wanted. Mannix LCD display, Engine Start Rev, Defroster Oper., anti-scan technology, etc.. I'm thinking of getting this Remote starter. Anyone install one of these in there car or heard about this brand, or recommend anyother brands. I checked the company's website and email them about the installation. There respone's pretty slow and no one picks up the phone.

I went to Bestbuy last night and they only sell 3 brand of Remote starter. Clifford and the other 2 brand that I forgot. The installation is free if you buy it from them. They charge around $120 for labor with appointment, if you bring your own.
