Changed Wheels/Homelink 2???

Hi, I recently changed my 15in wheels on my 96 max se to the 97 16in SE 5 spokes. When i drive, i keep thinking the wheels are not bolted on tight because my steering wheel turns as if the ground is uneven ground or it wobbles. I keep tightening the bolts but they are as tight as can be. Could it be something in the change of the side of the wheels? I think this happend when i put on my 18s, but that was last year so im not sure.

Second question is about homelink, i want to buy it but i dont know if it will function on my buildings garage door. I heard it doesnt work on ALL doors, just most. How can i find out if it will work on mine before buying it?

I guess the only way to test it would be to try someone else's?

Pre '98, homelink doesnt work on "rolling code" garage doors.

when buying a homelink, how do i know its date if the car is not around. Also, wtf is a rolling code door? I live in a building, theres a basement garage, i could either use a key or the remote. Remote they supply looks real simple with only 1 button. But they want $72 activation and $35/year and its just easier to get a homelink that looks OEM with the car.

When looking at the three buttons, there is a little light. If the light is oval looking it cannot do rolling code. If it is square and/or has a little house symbol around it, it can do rolling codes.

Each garage door operates on a radio controlled code that gets sent from the remote to the garage door receiving unit. People were breaking into houses becuase they could sit there and capture this code with another device while someone transmitted it. Rolling codes change with everytime you use the garage door, hence nobody can grab your code out of the airways and open the door later on.
