The lip that Sy has is a different one. This lip is the Autech lip it looks like. Can you please verify Sy?

No, these are A32 Cefiro 3-piece lips which is a totally different kit from Evolution, nor Autech.

Did you have those painted already--or do they come finished like that? Is this something a mechanic can install (me), or would a body shop need to attach these pieces?

I had them painted in Black, but you can always sand it down to repaint it!
You can install it or bring it to the shop to do it (depending on what you have). I'd say it's always good to have a 2nd pair of hands!

I'd also like to see some pics from farther back if available. My reason for not going with the lip is that I think it will look kinda weird with just the front lip. I think that the back is already higher than the sideskirts and putting just a front lip on would make it even more uneven.

 

Exactly...good point there, why would you put on the lip when there's no side skirts and rear skirt? With the front end looking lower just kills the whole look of the I30.

I was going to sell only the front 3-piece lips and trunk VIP wings (NOT the M3/M5 style one's).... and the buyers can source the side skirts off any other company. The side skirts that I will package along with this front lip and trunk VIP wings are the Mini-Skirts off teh Cefiro like this below:
