Does anyone here have OEM fog lights that shine out pure yellow? I have PIAA Ion Crystal bulbs that are supposed to shine yellow in my fogs, but I believe the lens distorts the color and I get this yellow/rainbow color.

Someone suggested I do a search because this topic was approached before, but I couldn't find anything.

If anyone has any suggestions, pictures of their fogs, or a link to that past discussion thread...it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

use the Hella Yellowstars

I have another solution that I'm going to try sometime. I have about 20 H3 fog lights I got off ebay for $10, so I intend on using every last one. I used to have those crystal ion bulbs, but they kept blowing out after a year. My friend with the HID's on his I30 has a capsule of blue tinted quartz glass that shields the bulb, giving off a blue hue. I'm thinking about taking my blown out H3 blub to a glass shop and ask if they can make a removable dark yellow quartz capsule. I love the look of the Lexus cars, Bright white/blue headlights and yellow fogs. I figure it's probably the most efficient too.

I've seen that thread before...I posted some stuff there...but someone mentioned that there was a thread a week or two ago about yellow fog lights where there were actually pictures of people's cars...Does anyone know about that thread?

Thanks!
