My ex-roomate has a set of those in his jeep that play Dixie, (you know like the General Lee). Needless to say there is a reason why his nickname is hick.

I can't find a spec of dirt in that engine bay

THANKS!! That's exactly where I was going to put them except I'm going to mount the compressor on one of the bolts holding the w/w fluid (w/ a corner bracket).

DAMM, that's clean.

Looks nice that's exactly where I was going to put mine. Now I've gotta few questions for ya.

1. Did you try running the horns without the relay?
2. How was wiring, the relay is hooked directly to the battery right?
3. Did you route it above the radiator in that channel?
4. About that sound... Is it high pitched? do ya like it?

Thanks dood!

1. Yes, I tried without the relay first. Jeff K said it would work. If you just go short honk honk, horn fuse will hold. If you go for a long hooonnnnkk by holding it, horn fuse will blow. If don't plan on holding the horn down for more than three seconds, it will work.

2. Yes, the relay is hooked directly to the batter.

3. Yes, I unbolted the radiator supports and route the wire/wirelooms underneath that channel.

4. The sound is not like the 18 wheeler or the fire trucks. It's not as deep. It more..I can't describe it. Hmm..you can give me a call on my cell and you can listen over the phone if you want =).
