2kracing - Negative Experience

Well, it's been about 3 weeks since I received my air breather filter from 2Kracing.

Customer service sucks here. The staff are not knowledgable on Maxima products... the air breather filter I ordered was "suppose to fit" and when it arrived, it certainly didn't...

Also, in order to return an item to 2kracing you need an RMA - I have emailed them a total of 10 times requesting an RMA number, and have called them 5 times with no response.

How can they run a business like that ? Not only that but they charge a 35% restocking fee, and deduct shipping charges, even though they're "free".

Anyways, I just wanted to warn ya'll that their customer service is incompetent, and only order something if you don't need their "advice"...
