Hey!! Any of you guys purchased this fuel rail off-fitting from SX7R. I assume you would need to remove the stock fpr to install the fitting in the fuel rail. But my concern is the fitting itself.. It seems a bit weak... Does this thing require rubber washers or O-rings to keep the seal tight in the fuel rail? Will it leak fuel if I install it as is?? There is no documentation on this, but I wanted to be absolutely sure before installing!!! I dont like to **** around with fuel... Any thoughts or suggestions... Thanks.

 

You re-use your o - ring that sits on the oem fpr and you also reuse the two screws that hold the oem fpr in.

Yeah, tighten your clamps and you'll be fine

 

Take your time removing those two little screws. Use the right size phillips and take it easy so you won't thread the screws and you can reuse those screws.

Yeah just use your old O-ring and it'll be fine. Has been for me...

i used a locking set of needle nose pliers and lots of patience in addition to the right size phillips screwdriver to assist in getting the screws started coming off so as to ensure i would not strip them out.

 

im still waiting on mine, i dont even know if its in
