alrite guys after 2 months me and my dad finally got a 99 tranny in with new cvas and hydane tranny cooler. i also put a short ram intake. neways i was so happy to put the car on the ground, and when i put in drive or reverse or back to park the car would make a grinding noise. i dont know if i have to hit the driveshafts in more or wat, because the car doesnt move. i also have a check engine light on, and for my intake the hoses that come out from the engine. the small one doesnt connect to anything, wat is it suppose to connect too?

any help will do, we put way too much work on to get this tranny in
