2K1 Recall question.

After searching 15 pages with a 56K dial up, I am ready to strangle someone.

I was inquiring about a possible recall dealing with the fuel cut off. I have the control arm recall and wanted to kow if the fuel cut-off was an actual recall or just a common problem?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to have the info before my next scheduled oil change.

P.S. PLEASE, someone fix the SEARCH feature....PLEASE!!!

The trailing arm recall is indeed a recall and there's a specific list of serial numbers impacted..mine was one of those that was impacted; it's a painless, couple-hour job.

The fuel cutoff is a TSB, meaning, if your car exhibits the symptoms that the TSB is intended to fix, the dealer should (and usually) perform it without much hassle..
