My ar always makes a squeeking nouse when starting so I'm going to tighten the belts. In order to tighten the tensioner I ahve to loosen the bolt on the pulley. How do I do that? Theres not enough room for a socket wrench to fit in between the metal and the bolt. Any ideas?

 

nevermind, got it. should both tensioners be tightened?
