Cold start timing chain chatter?????

Hey Guys, When I cold start my car ( once day this happens tops) I get what I think is a timing chain/tensioner noise for about a minute ( longer when colder - closer to freezing temps). After a minute or so it disappears. I have 180,000 kms or approx 110,000 miles.Has anyone else experienced this? Am I correct guessing it's my timing chain and or tensioner? Also could this cause my knock sensor to fail? thanks on any advise?

Replace the tensioner. Look at the TSB. It is in hte TSB sticky.
