How hot are amps and speakers supposed to get?

I'm just making sure because I pretty much had my speakers cranked for about half an hour. No subwoofer, just Focal components up front and Infinities in the back, all 6.5".

When I got home I felt the amp and it was extremely hot, way too hot to touch. Same thing with the magnets on the speakers. No burning smell or anything, just really hot. Is that normal?

If your amp gets so hot that you can't touch it, you need to look into some ventilation / make sure you are running it at the right ohm load.

As long as it's not gone into protection then it technically is fine but it shouldn't get so hot.

power causes heat so heat is normal but excessive amounts are obviously bad. like mentioned above ventilation is very important. where is your amp mounted?

It's in the middle of my trunk not bolted to anything, just held in place by some string to prevent sliding, lol

So it has plenty of space/air around it

yeah check the gains on the amp to make sure they're not set too high. my amp gets warm at best, and that's after some serious pounding with my system.
